Mr. Navneet Sharma

Navneet Sharma is an Assistant Professor at Sanskaram University, Haryana. He holds a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacology from Chandigarh University, where he was awarded the Gold Medal, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Baba Mastnath University, where he was also a Gold Medalist. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Amity University, Manesar, focusing on the crosstalk between cancer and neurological disorders.
His research interests include neuropharmacology, cancer therapeutics, nanomedicine, drug discovery, translational medicine, and emerging healthcare technologies. He has authored 18 peer-reviewed research publications in national and international journals, including Scopus- and SCIE-indexed journals, and holds 5 published Indian patents. He has also authored 2 book chapters published by Springer Nature and Elsevier and contributed to the book General Pharmacy (Theory). His academic work is complemented by experience in scientific writing, experimental research, data analysis, and pharmaceutical education.
Teaching is one of the aspects of academia he particularly enjoys. With around 10 months of teaching experience, he believes in making learning interactive, practical, and relatable by connecting concepts with real-life examples and everyday experiences. He maintains a friendly and approachable relationship with students while ensuring discipline and adherence to academic rules. His teaching philosophy is to be supportive rather than unnecessarily strict, creating an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, participating actively, and developing a genuine interest in the subject.
