About the Program
Sanskaram University offers a Master of Science (M.Sc.) (Honours) in Yoga, aiming to provide students with an in-depth understanding of yogic principles, practices, and their applications in promoting holistic health and well-being. This postgraduate program is designed to cultivate skilled yoga practitioners and instructors capable of integrating traditional yogic wisdom with contemporary health practices.
Eligibility
Bachelor Degree in any discipline with atleast 45% marks in aggregate (42.75% marks for SC/ST/ Blind/ Visually and Differently Abled candidates of Haryana only) with Mathematics as one of the subjects
