Experience

I have over five years of academic and research experience in the field of Political Science and International Relations, with a specialization in Global Governance, Diplomacy, and Peace and Conflict Studies. As an Assistant Professor, I have actively contributed to curriculum development, student mentoring, and institutional leadership.
My professional journey reflects a balanced engagement with teaching, research, and academic administration. I have coordinated NAAC, NIRF, and BCI accreditation processes, managed AISHE reporting, and contributed to national ranking exercises such as the TIMES Ranking and THE WEEK Ranking. In addition, I have supervised examination centres and successfully organized more than 40 academic and cultural events, including seminars, conferences, and student training programmes.
Beyond the classroom, I have delivered guest lectures and keynote addresses at reputed universities and conferences, offering insights on diplomacy, climate politics, human rights, and global security. My expertise spans research management, policy brief writing, event leadership, and academic collaborations, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to higher education and interdisciplinary scholarship.

2. Books: Edited two scholarly volumes – Sustainable Development Goals & India’s Vision (Bar & Bench Publications, 2024) and Human Rights During Covid-19 (Shreeram Law House, 2022).
