I am Dr. Vandana Kaushik, currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Physics at Sanskaram University. With over 13 years of experience in teaching and research, my area of expertise lies in the fabrication of thin films using sol-gel techniques. Over the years, I have published 8 research papers and presented 4 papers at both national and international conferences. In addition to my academic responsibilities, I am actively involved in initiatives aimed at improving student admissions by developing innovative strategies.
