Experience

I bring over 4.5+ years of teaching and research experience, having served as an Assistant Professor at leading and reputed institutions. Throughout my career, I have undertaken significant academic leadership roles, including curriculum design, mentorship of undergraduate and postgraduate students, Ph.D. supervision, and coordination of research and development initiatives. At Sanskaram University, I contribute to research development activities while mentoring students in the School of Liberal Education.

My research contributions include numerous publications in prestigious national and international journals and edited volumes, along with paper presentations at leading universities such as JNU, BHU, University of Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Patna, IIT Madras, RGNUL Punjab, and Central University of Gujarat. I have actively participated in FDPs, workshops, seminars, conferences and Research Methodology Courses organized by eminent institutes like Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU) and MP Institute of Social Science Research (MPISSR, ICSSR). I have also served as Chief Resource Person at workshops, seminars, and conferences, sharing my expertise in innovative research, academic development, and pedagogy.

I have been honored with a Letter of Appreciation from Prof. Manoj Kumar Jha, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), in 2022, for my research on political orientation and voting patterns of the middle class in Gwalior. Additionally, my active membership in the prestigious Madhya Pradesh Itihas Parishad (MPIP) reflects my engagement with leading scholars and contribution to high-impact academic discourse. I am committed to continuously advancing scholarship, mentoring future researchers, and contributing meaningfully to the growth and innovation of the academic community.

Area of Expertise

My expertise spans all core areas of Political Science including Political Theory, Indian Government and Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations & Foreign Policy, Public Administration, Political Thought, Research Methodology, and Political Sociology. I have a particular focus on electoral behavior, democracy, gender, and soft power studies; advanced social science research and methodology, including data analytics and interdisciplinary approaches; and Sustainability & Green Politics, emphasizing environmental voting, climate action, and vocational learning for green skills.

I also excel in academic leadership through Ph.D. supervision, curriculum design, mentorship, and faculty development, and I employ innovative pedagogy for holistic learning that integrates experiential methods, collaborative engagement, and critical thinking. Additionally, I am proficient in digital and analytical tools such as R-language, SPSS, resources, and ICT-enabled pedagogy, enabling enriched and inclusive learning experiences.

As an active member of the prestigious Madhya Pradesh Itihas Parishad (MPIP), I engage with leading historians and scholars, shaping research directions and contributing to high-impact academic discourse in the field of history and social sciences.

Research and Publications

I have published 15+ research papers and book chapters on topics such as electoral behavior, democracy, gender, soft power, environmental voting, sustainable development, Dalit identity, Gandhian philosophy, and innovative vocational learning. I have presented more than 35+ papers at reputed national and international universities and conferences, including JNU, BHU, University of Delhi, IIT Roorkee, IIT Patna, RGNUL Punjab, and Central University of Gujarat, and actively participated in workshops, FDPs, and Research Methodology Courses at various institutes like Amity University Kolkata, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University (IGNTU), and MP Institute of Social Science Research (MPISSR, ICSSR). My research approach integrates advanced methodologies, data analytics, interdisciplinary perspectives, and innovative pedagogy to address contemporary societal and political challenges.
