Research Details:

Livestock production and Livestock management specially of large, small ruminants and laboratory animals are main fields of research. Guided fifteen postgraduate and doctorate students and advised thirty five students for their research in various departments. Worked as principal investigator in all India network project on buffalo improvement and published thirty six research papers related to animal production management in national and international journals along with practical manuals and extension education articles in the related fields of animal sciences. Receipient of prestigious FNAPM of Indian Society of Animal Production Management.

Served in various capacities since 1989 as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor and Registrar in CCSHAU & LUVAS, Hisar. Having thirty five years of experience in teaching, research and extension eduction in the field of animal production management. Performed the duty of university administrative officer, financial officer during this period. Worked as director students’ welfare for the university students. Acted as an expert of setting question papers for selection of animal scientists in ASRB, SSC, UPSC etc. Worked as member of selection committee of SAUs, V& ASUs . Recipient of university best teacher award sponsored by ICAR, New Delhi.
