Research and Publications
My research focuses on halide perovskite materials, with applications in memristive devices, energy storage, and neuromorphic computing. I have published over 10 peer-reviewed journal articles in reputed international journals such as ACS Applied Electronic Materials, ACS Applied Energy Materials, Journal of Power Sources, IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation, and Journal of Alloys and Compound. Key contributions include: Development and characterization of light activated perovskite memristors for neuromorphic applications. Investigation of mixed ionic-electronic conductors using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Studies on defect engineering, grain boundary effects, and hysteresis in perovskite thin films and nanocrystals. Collaborative projects on biosensors, solid electrolytes, and dielectric sensors. My work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches involving materials science, electrochemistry, and device physics. I have also presented my research at various national and international conferences.
