With over four years of cumulative academic experience, I have served as an Assistant Professor of English across both the School of Business Studies and the School of Humanities and Literary Studies, wherein my responsibilities have extended beyond conventional pedagogy to encompass curricular innovation, scholarly mentorship, and institutional governance. My engagement has included substantive appointments such as Ph.D. Coordinator, SWAYAM Committee Member, and Class Coordinator within the business school, as well as Coordinator of the Equal Opportunity Cell and the Environment Cell in the humanities division. Additionally, I have been entrusted with membership in several key statutory and regulatory bodies, namely the Internal Complaints Committee, the Proctorial Board, the NAAC Criteria-3 Committee, and the Program Evaluation and Development Committee (PEDC), each of which required close involvement with quality assurance protocols, accreditation processes, and institutional compliance mechanisms. Beyond governance, I have actively contributed to student development initiatives, serving as a Personality Development Programme (PDP) Trainer and fostering intellectual engagement through sustained participation in literary and academic forums. Collectively, these roles reflect a professional trajectory distinguished by a synthesis of pedagogical rigor, administrative accountability, and institutional advancement.
